التعريف
يقع مرقد آية الله الشهيد السيد محمد باقر الصدر رحمة الله عليه في النجف ضمن الجغرافيا المقدسة لوادي السلام. وهو يخلد واحدا من أبرز فقهاء العراق وفلاسفته ومفكريه الاقتصاديين والسياسيين في القرن العشرين. ولد في الكاظمية سنة 1353هـ، الموافقة لسنة 1935م، في أسرة آل الصدر الموسوية المعروفة بالعلم الديني والخدمة العامة والتأثير الاجتماعي.
توفي والده السيد حيدر الصدر وهو صغير، فعاشت الأسرة بموارد محدودة، غير أن أمه وأخاه الأكبر السيد إسماعيل حافظا له بيئة قوية من التعلم والانضباط. ظهرت موهبته العقلية في سن مبكرة، وأنجز المقدمات بسرعة، ثم انتقل مع أخيه إلى النجف في منتصف أربعينيات القرن العشرين. وهناك درس الفقه وأصوله في مراحله العليا، ولا سيما عند السيد أبي القاسم الخوئي وخاله الشيخ محمد رضا آل ياسين.
لم ينظر الصدر إلى الحوزة بوصفها مؤسسة منفصلة عن أسئلة العصر. قرأ الفلسفة الحديثة والاقتصاد والفكر السياسي والعلوم الطبيعية والاجتماعية، ثم أدخل هذه القضايا في لغة الفقه والكلام. ففي كتاب «فلسفتنا» ناقش المادية والمذاهب الفلسفية المتنافسة، وفي «اقتصادنا» قدم نقدا إسلاميا للرأسمالية والماركسية، وصاغ مبادئ للملكية والعدالة الاقتصادية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
وفي «الأسس المنطقية للاستقراء» بحث في الاستقراء والاحتمال وأسس الاستدلال العلمي، وكان مشروعه من أكثر مشروعاته طموحا. أما دروسه في أصول الفقه، المعروفة لاحقا باسم «الحلقات»، فقد جددت ترتيب التعليم الحوزوي ومنهجه. وشملت كتاباته التفسير الموضوعي للقرآن، والمصرفية غير الربوية، والعبادات، والسلطة السياسية، ودور الأئمة، والعلاقة بين الشريعة والمجتمع، ولذلك تجاوز أثره حدود النجف والعراق.
كان التدريس ركنا مركزيا في مشروعه. ومن تلاميذه السيد محمود الهاشمي الشاهرودي، والسيد كاظم الحائري، والسيد محمد باقر الحكيم، وغيرهم من الفقهاء والمفكرين الذين حملوا منهجه إلى العراق والعالم الإسلامي. وكان يحث على تنظيم البرهان، والأمانة الفكرية، وفهم المشكلات المعاصرة مباشرة، لا الاكتفاء بتكرار العبارات الموروثة من غير تحليل جديد.
وكانت أخته آمنة الصدر، المشهورة ببنت الهدى، كاتبة ومربية ومنظمة اجتماعية ذات أثر مستقل. عمل الأخ في الفقه والفلسفة والنظرية العامة، بينما وسعت الأخت تعليم النساء والوعي الديني والاجتماعي بينهن. وقد جعلت شجاعتهما المشتركة بيت الصدر رمزا لاتحاد المعرفة بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية، ولخدمة المجتمع بالكتاب والتعليم والموقف العام.
أدت مكانته العلمية والاجتماعية في عهد البعث إلى المراقبة والاعتقال والضغط المتكرر. عارض الانتماء الإجباري إلى الحزب الحاكم ودافع عن استقلال الحياة الدينية، ثم اشتد الحصار عليه في أواخر السبعينيات ووضع تحت الإقامة الجبرية. وفي أبريل سنة 1980 اعتقلته أجهزة الأمن مع بنت الهدى، وتعرضا للتعذيب ثم أعدما. وتحفظ الذاكرة التاريخية العراقية شهادتهما بوصفها جريمة مؤسسة في قمع الدولة البعثية، مع اختلاف بعض الروايات في التفاصيل الفردية للتعذيب.
دفنت السلطة الجثمانين سرا في وادي السلام خوفا من تحول القبر المعروف إلى مركز للمقاومة والاحتجاج. وخلال سنوات الحكم البعثي نقل محبون رفات الصدر من قبر صار مهددا وأعادوا دفنه تحت اسم مستعار لحمايته. وبعد سنة 2003 ظهرت قصة الدفن والحماية إلى العلن، وارتبطت رفاته بالمجمع التذكاري الذي يمثله هذا السجل. وهكذا يحفظ المرقد تاريخ الإخفاء والنقل والحماية والتعرف والحزن العام، لا مجرد موضع دفن.
استمر طلب المحاسبة بعد سقوط النظام البعثي. فقد لاحقت السلطات العراقية مسؤولين سابقين مرتبطين بجريمة سنة 1980، ثم أعلنت في فبراير سنة 2026 تنفيذ حكم الإعدام في ضابط أمني كبير سابق أدين بجرائم ضد الإنسانية، ومنها دوره في قتل السيد محمد باقر الصدر وغيره. وبصرف النظر عن الموقف من العقوبة اللاحقة، يبين هذا التطور أن شهادته بقيت جزءا من الذاكرة القانونية والعامة الحية في العراق بعد عقود من الجريمة.
يجمع المرقد للزائر بين العلم والتضحية والرجاء. وتعلم سيرة الصدر أن المعرفة الدينية يجب أن تواجه مسائل الاقتصاد والمجتمع والسياسة، وأن التجديد الفكري ثمرة الدراسة المنضبطة، وأن السلطة التي تطلب الصمت أمام الظلم تفقد مشروعيتها الأخلاقية. وما زالت كتبه تدرس وتترجم وتناقش وتطبق، بينما يبقى قبره رمزا وطنيا لعلم قاوم الطغيان وربط الاجتهاد بمسؤولية الإنسان والمجتمع.
الأهمية التاريخية / الدينية
غير محمد باقر الصدر مسار الفكر الإسلامي الحديث حين أدخل الفقه في حوار مباشر مع الفلسفة والاقتصاد والمنطق والمصرفية ونظرية الدولة والتفسير. وما زالت كتبه نصوصا أساسية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي وأصول الفقه المعاصر.
جدد تدريسه الحياة العلمية في النجف، وخرج فقهاء تولوا لاحقا أدوارا دينية وعامة كبيرة. كما وسعت شراكته مع بنت الهدى القصة التاريخية من قيادة الرجال في الحوزة إلى تعليم النساء وكتابتهن ومقاومتهن.
جعلت شهادته المرقد معلما وطنيا لذاكرة القمع البعثي واستقلال العلم الديني. ويكشف الدفن السري وإعادة الدفن ثم التعرف اللاحق كيف يمكن للقبر أن يصبح موضعا للصراع على الذاكرة السياسية.
للمرقد قيمة تعليمية معاصرة لأنه يصل الكتب بالفعل، ويطرح أسئلة العدالة الاقتصادية ومسؤولية العالم تجاه المجتمع واستعداده لتحمل الخطر حين تنتهك الدولة كرامة الإنسان.
وتبين المحاسبة والذاكرة العامة المستمرتان لجريمة سنة 1980 أن أثره يتجاوز حركة أو جيلا واحدا، وأنه باق في دراسة العراق الحديث والفكر السياسي الشيعي والاقتصاد الإسلامي ومقاومة الاستبداد.
