تعارف
آیت اللہ شہید سید محمد باقر الصدر رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کا مزار نجف اشرف میں وادی السلام کے مقدس جغرافیے میں واقع ہے۔ یہ بیسویں صدی کے عراق کے ایک عظیم فقیہ، فلسفی، ماہرِ اقتصاد اور دینی و سیاسی مفکر کی یادگار ہے۔ آپ ۱۳۵۳ھ، مطابق ۱۹۳۵ء، کاظمیہ میں موسوی آلِ صدر کے علمی خاندان میں پیدا ہوئے۔ یہ خاندان فقہ، تدریس اور عوامی خدمت کی طویل روایت رکھتا تھا۔
آپ کے والد سید حیدر الصدر کا انتقال اس وقت ہوگیا جب محمد باقر الصدر رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ابھی بچے تھے۔ محدود معاشی وسائل کے باوجود آپ کی والدہ اور بڑے بھائی سید اسماعیل نے علمی تربیت کا مضبوط ماحول قائم رکھا۔ بچپن ہی سے غیر معمولی ذہانت نمایاں تھی۔ آپ نے ابتدائی مراحل تیزی سے مکمل کیے اور چالیس کی دہائی کے وسط میں اپنے بھائی کے ساتھ نجف منتقل ہوئے، جہاں سید ابو القاسم خوئی اور اپنے ماموں شیخ محمد رضا آل یاسین سے فقہ و اصول کی اعلیٰ تعلیم حاصل کی۔
آپ نے حوزۂ علمیہ کو زمانے کے سوالات سے الگ نہیں سمجھا۔ جدید فلسفہ، اقتصاد، سیاست اور انسانی علوم کا مطالعہ کرکے انہیں اسلامی فقہ و کلام کی زبان میں پرکھا۔ فلسفتنا میں مادیت اور جدید فلسفیانہ نظاموں کا تجزیہ کیا، جبکہ اقتصادنا میں سرمایہ داری اور اشتراکیت پر اسلامی تنقید پیش کرکے ملکیت، معاشی انصاف اور اجتماعی ذمہ داری کے اصول واضح کیے۔
الاسس المنطقیۃ للاستقراء میں استقراء، احتمال اور سائنسی استدلال کی بنیادوں پر گہرا کام کیا۔ اصول فقہ کے دروس، جو بعد میں حلقات کے نام سے معروف ہوئے، نے تدریس کا نیا منظم طریقہ دیا۔ آپ کی تصانیف قرآن فہمی، غیر سودی بینکاری، عبادات، سیاسی ولایت، ائمہ اہل بیت علیہم السلام کے کردار اور قانون و معاشرے کے تعلق تک پھیلی ہوئی ہیں۔ اسی وسعت نے آپ کے اثر کو نجف سے بہت دور پہنچایا۔
تدریس آپ کی علمی میراث کا بنیادی حصہ تھی۔ آپ کے شاگردوں میں سید محمود ہاشمی شاہرودی، سید کاظم حائری، سید محمد باقر حکیم اور متعدد دوسرے فقہاء و مفکرین شامل تھے۔ آپ طلبہ کو منظم استدلال، علمی دیانت اور نئے مسائل پر براہِ راست غور کی تعلیم دیتے تھے، نہ کہ صرف پرانے الفاظ کی تکرار۔
آپ کی بہن آمنہ الصدر، جو بنت الہدیٰ کے نام سے مشہور تھیں، خود ایک مصنفہ، معلمہ اور سماجی رہنما تھیں۔ بھائی نے فقہ، فلسفہ اور اجتماعی نظریے کے میدان میں کام کیا، جبکہ بہن نے خواتین میں دینی تعلیم اور بیداری کو مضبوط کیا۔ علم اور اخلاقی جرات کے اس مشترک کردار نے آلِ صدر کے گھرانے کو عراق میں مزاحمت کی علامت بنا دیا۔
بعثی دور میں آپ کی علمی اور عوامی تاثیر کے باعث نگرانی، گرفتاری اور دباؤ مسلسل بڑھتا گیا۔ آپ نے حکمران جماعت کی جبری رکنیت کی مخالفت کی اور دینی زندگی کی آزادی پر اصرار کیا۔ ستر کی دہائی کے آخری برسوں میں گھر بندی سخت ہوئی۔ اپریل ۱۹۸۰ء میں آپ اور بنت الہدیٰ کو خفیہ اداروں نے گرفتار کرکے اذیت دی اور شہید کردیا۔ تفصیلی اذیت کے بیانات میں اختلاف ہے، مگر بعثی ریاست کے ہاتھوں دونوں کی شہادت تاریخی طور پر مضبوط طور پر محفوظ ہے۔
حکومت نے دونوں کے اجساد کو رات کی تاریکی میں وادی السلام میں چھپ کر دفن کیا، کیونکہ اسے اندیشہ تھا کہ معروف قبر مزاحمت کا مرکز بن جائے گی۔ بعثی زمانے میں عقیدت مندوں نے خطرے سے دوچار قبر سے آپ کا جسد منتقل کرکے ایک پوشیدہ نام سے دوبارہ دفن کیا۔ ۲۰۰۳ء کے بعد یہ تاریخ سامنے آئی اور آپ کی باقیات کو موجودہ یادگاری مجموعے سے وابستہ کیا گیا۔ یوں یہ مزار تدفین کے ساتھ حفاظت، اخفا، شناخت اور عوامی سوگ کی تاریخ بھی محفوظ کرتا ہے۔
بعثی حکومت کے خاتمے کے بعد بھی اس جرم کی قانونی یاد باقی رہی۔ عراقی اداروں نے قتل سے وابستہ سابق اہلکاروں کا تعاقب کیا، اور ۲۰۲۶ء میں ایک سابق اعلیٰ حفاظتی افسر کو اس جرم میں سزا پانے کے بعد پھانسی دینے کا اعلان کیا گیا۔ اس بعد کے قانونی اقدام سے قطع نظر، یہ واقعہ ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ شہید صدر کا قتل کئی دہائیوں بعد بھی عراق کی زندہ اجتماعی یاد کا حصہ رہا۔
زائر کے لیے یہ مزار علم، قربانی اور امید کو یکجا کرتا ہے۔ آپ کی زندگی سکھاتی ہے کہ دینی علم کو معیشت اور معاشرے کے حقیقی مسائل کا جواب دینا چاہیے، نئی فکر مضبوط علمی محنت سے پیدا ہوتی ہے، اور ظلم کے سامنے خاموشی کا مطالبہ کرنے والی طاقت اخلاقی جواز کھو دیتی ہے۔ آپ کی کتابیں آج بھی پڑھی، پڑھائی، ترجمہ اور زیرِ بحث لائی جاتی ہیں، جبکہ مزار علم کی آمریت پر مزاحمت کی قومی علامت ہے۔

تاریخی / دینی اہمیت
سید محمد باقر الصدر رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے فقہ کو فلسفہ، اقتصاد، منطق، بینکاری، ریاستی نظریے اور قرآن فہمی کے ساتھ براہِ راست گفتگو میں لاکر جدید اسلامی فکر کو بدل دیا۔ ان کی کتابیں اسلامی اقتصاد اور معاصر اصول فقہ کی بحث میں آج بھی بنیادی حیثیت رکھتی ہیں۔
ان کی تدریس نے نجف کی علمی زندگی کو نئی قوت دی اور ایسے فقہا تیار کیے جنہوں نے بعد میں بڑے دینی و عوامی کردار ادا کیے۔ شہید صدر اور بنت الہدیٰ کی مشترک جدوجہد تاریخ کو مردانہ حوزوی قیادت سے آگے خواتین کی تعلیم، تحریر اور مزاحمت تک پھیلاتی ہے۔
ان کی شہادت نے مزار کو بعثی جبر اور دینی علم کی اخلاقی خود مختاری کی قومی یادگار بنا دیا۔ خفیہ تدفین، دوبارہ تدفین اور بعد کی شناخت ظاہر کرتی ہے کہ قبر بھی سیاسی حافظے کا متنازع مگر طاقتور مقام بن سکتی ہے۔
مزار کی موجودہ تعلیمی اہمیت یہ ہے کہ یہاں زائر کتاب اور عمل کو ایک ساتھ دیکھتا ہے۔ یہ مقام سوال اٹھاتا ہے کہ معاشی نظام کتنا منصفانہ ہے، علم معاشرے کے مسائل کا جواب دیتا ہے یا نہیں، اور کیا اہل علم انسانی عزت کے خلاف ریاستی طاقت کے سامنے ذاتی خطرہ قبول کرتے ہیں۔
