परिचय
ऐन अल-तम्र में स्थित यह स्थान इमाम हसन अल-मुजतबा, उन पर शांति हो, की क़ब्र नहीं है। स्थानीय ज़ियारती परंपरा इसे उनके यहाँ पहुँचने और नमाज़ पढ़ने से जोड़ती है, जबकि उनकी मान्य दफ़नगाह मदीना के जन्नत अल-बक़ी में है। इसलिए यह एक द्वितीयक संबद्ध मक़ाम है, दूसरी दफ़नगाह या उनके शरीर के स्थानांतरण की जगह नहीं।

इमाम हसन, उन पर शांति हो, पैग़म्बर मुहम्मद, उन पर शांति और बरकत हो, के नवासे, हज़रत फ़ातिमा अल-ज़हरा और इमाम अली, उन दोनों पर शांति हो, के पुत्र और अहल अल-बैत के महान इमाम थे। इस स्थान के लिए उनके जीवन का सबसे उपयुक्त संक्षिप्त पाठ वह समझौता है जिसने मुसलमानों का रक्तपात रोका और बुद्धिमत्ता, धैर्य तथा एकता की चिंता दिखायी। यहाँ पूरी जीवनी दोहराने के बजाय इतना परिचय पर्याप्त है।
