Al-Irshad, al-Tabari, Ansab al-Ashraf, Nahj al-Balagha and al-Kamil support Imam Ali's secure identity, Iraqi political setting and recognized burial in Najaf. The Imam Hussain site and the historical library of al-Kafeel independently list a second Hillah maqam of Imam Ali in al-Shawi, also associated in local usage with al-Jamiayn. A regional history article likewise records the dome in that quarter. These sources establish the continuing place attribution, not a physical footprint or an early proof of the exact stop.
