شیخ علی ابو علوک رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کا مزار، جامع اور تکیہ کرکوک کے محلہ مصلیٰ میں واقع ہے۔ یہ مجموعہ شہر کے تاریخی مذہبی اداروں میں شمار ہوتا ہے اور ایک نمایاں سبز گنبد کے نیچے نماز گاہ، صوفی تکیہ، حجرۂ مزار اور قدیم قبرستان کو یکجا کرتا ہے۔
مقامی خاندانی اور مزاری روایت مدفون شخصیت کو سید علی ابو علوک البغدادی القادری الکیلانی الحسنی کے نام سے یاد کرتی ہے اور ان کی بغداد سے کرکوک آمد بیان کرتی ہے۔ یہ القاب قادری، کیلانی اور حسنی نسبت کے دعوے کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔ دستیاب معتبر مصادر میں مسلسل قدیم نسب نامہ اور قطعی تاریخوں والی مکمل سوانح سامنے نہیں آتی، اس لیے نسب اور زمانی تفصیلات کو بعد کی مقامی روایت کے طور پر پیش کیا گیا ہے۔
سب سے مضبوط دستاویزی شہادت عمارت سے متعلق ہے۔ دیوانِ وقفِ سنی کی عراق کی تاریخی و اثری مساجد کی رہنما کتاب کے مطابق جامع اور تکیہ 1179ھ/1765ء میں قائم ہوئے، ان کا رقبہ تقریباً 1,110 مربع میٹر ہے اور تعمیر پتھر و اینٹ سے اسلامی طرز پر ہوئی۔ کتاب میں چار قدیم محراب نما قوسیں، منبر، قاریوں کا محفل نما مقام اور اعتکاف سے متعلق زیرِ زمین جگہ بیان ہوئی ہے۔
تکیے میں ذکر کی مجلس، امام، خطیب اور خادم سے متعلق کمرے، عثمانی دور کی تزئین اور حجرۂ مزار شامل ہیں۔ یہ مجموعہ دینی مدرسے کے طور پر بھی استعمال ہوا۔ ادارے اور عمارت کی یہ تاریخ شیخ کے مکمل نسب، اساتذہ، کرامات یا تاریخِ وفات سے متعلق بعد کی روایات کے مقابلے میں زیادہ مضبوط طور پر دستاویزی ہے۔
ابو علوک کا یہ مجموعہ آج بھی نماز، ذکر، تعلیم، زیارت اور شہری مشترکہ یادداشت کے لیے اہم ہے۔ یہ کرکوک کی کثیر القومی مذہبی تاریخ کی بھی نمائندگی کرتا ہے، جہاں مسجد، صوفی تکیہ، مزار، مدرسہ اور قبرستان ایک ہی محلہ جاتی نشان کے اندر پروان چڑھے۔

اس مقام کی تاریخی اہمیت مسجد، تکیہ، مزار، مدرسہ اور قبرستان کے محفوظ امتزاج میں ہے۔ 1179ھ/1765ء کی دستاویزی تاریخ، سبز گنبد، اندرونی قوسیں، اعتکاف کی جگہ اور عثمانی تزئین اسے کرکوک کے نمایاں مذہبی و تعمیراتی ورثے میں شامل کرتی ہیں۔
عمارت کی تاریخ شیخ علی ابو علوک کے مکمل نسب اور سوانح کے دستیاب شواہد سے زیادہ مضبوط ہے۔ مقامی روایات کو احتیاط سے درج کرنے سے اس جگہ کو فعال عبادتی مرکز اور عثمانی دور کے مذہبی اداروں و کرکوک کی مشترکہ شہری یادداشت کے تحقیقی ماخذ، دونوں حیثیتوں سے سمجھا جا سکتا ہے۔
