مرکزی اربیل کے بازار شیخلا میں واقع یہ مزار مقامی طور پر شیخ عبداللہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ سے منسوب ہے۔ بازار اور اس کے گرد شہری محلہ مختصر نام شیخلا سے وسیع طور پر معروف ہوگئے ہیں، جس سے مزار، بازار اور پرانے شہر کی روزمرہ تجارتی زندگی کا گہرا تعلق محفوظ ہوا ہے۔
ایک تفصیلی کردی تراثی رپورٹ صاحبِ مزار کو شیخ عبداللہ قطب المدار کہتی اور انہیں قادری مذہبی استاد بیان کرتی ہے جن کے گرد فقہاء اور طلبہ جمع ہوتے تھے۔ اسی رپورٹ میں زمانی بیانات باہم مطابقت نہیں رکھتے، اس لیے لقب، تدریسی کردار اور قادری نسبت کو صرف مقامی تراثی گواہی کے طور پر محفوظ رکھا گیا ہے۔ کوئی قطعی زمانۂ حیات، سن وفات یا مکمل شجرہ بیان نہیں کیا گیا۔
رپورٹ مزار کے اندر دو قبروں کا ذکر کرتی اور ایک کو شیخ عبداللہ سے منسوب کرتی ہے۔ وہ مقامی لوگوں کی مسلسل زیارت بھی بیان کرتی ہے۔ یہ تفصیلات زندہ مدفنی روایت ثابت کرتی ہیں، لیکن شخصیت سے منسلک ہر سوانحی دعوے کی آزاد تصدیق نہیں کرتیں۔ اسی لیے منظم شخصی نام صرف شیخ عبداللہ رکھا گیا ہے، جبکہ قطب المدار اور شیخلا مقامی متبادل نام ہیں۔
اس مقام کی اہمیت اربیل کے شہری ورثے سے بھی وابستہ ہے۔ منصوبہ بندی اور خبر رساں مآخذ شیخلا کو پرانے شہر کے قریب روایتی مرکزی بازار اور فعال تجارتی علاقے کے طور پر دستاویزی شکل دیتے ہیں۔ اس لیے مزار کو محدود مآخذ والی مقامی مقدس جگہ اور اربیل کے جاری بازار منظرنامے میں شامل شہری علامت، دونوں حیثیتوں سے سمجھنا چاہیے۔
تاریخی / دینی اہمیت
سب سے مضبوط شواہد موجود مزار، شیخلا کے نام اور بازار کی مسلسل شہری اہمیت سے متعلق ہیں۔ یہ سب مل کر دکھاتے ہیں کہ زیارت گاہ اربیل کی اجتماعی یادداشت اور تجارتی جغرافیہ میں گہرائی سے شامل ہے۔
