Peshawar

Peshawar is the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and an ancient city near historic routes between South and Central Asia. Its urban history contains Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Sikh and colonial layers, while proximity to the Khyber Pass has deeply influenced trade, migration and political history.
