Uch Sharif
Uch Sharif is a historic town in southern Punjab with exceptional Sufi tombs and mosques dating mainly from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. Pakistan's UNESCO Tentative List entry highlights five monuments associated with Jalaluddin Bukhari, Baha'al-Halim, Bibi Jawindi and their architectural setting.
This page distinguishes the documented fabric of a monument from the attribution of a particular person or grave. A historic building does not by itself verify every biographical, genealogical or miraculous tradition connected with it; each record should be read at its stated evidence level.
