Kasur
Kasur is a historic border city of Punjab south of Lahore. The district's official history connects it with an old settlement and later Muslim and colonial periods, while the Sufi poetry of Bulleh Shah has become central to the city's literary and devotional identity.
This page gives Kasur's shrines and historic places a clear geographic context. A documented literary identity, the attribution of a particular grave and claims about other local shrines are different kinds of evidence and should not be conflated.
