Shergarh

Shergarh is a historic town in Depalpur Tehsil of Okara District. A Punjab cultural-heritage study identifies its best-known historic and religious feature as the shrine attributed to the sixteenth-century Sufi Daud Bandagi Kirmani and its early Mughal-period building.

The map distinguishes this Shergarh from Okara city and other places of the same name. Evidence for an old or protected structure is not the same as a complete biography or genealogy of the person; detailed religious claims require separate sources.
