تعارف

یہ مزار ابو بکر محمد بن سیرین البصری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ سے وابستہ ہے، جو بصرہ کے معزز تابعی علما میں شمار ہوتے ہیں۔ وہ محدث، فقیہ، زاہد، روایت میں احتیاط کرنے والے عالم اور دینی بصیرت رکھنے والی شخصیت کے طور پر یاد کیے جاتے ہیں۔ بعد کی عوامی روایت میں ان کا نام تعبیرِ خواب کے ساتھ بہت مشہور ہوا، اگرچہ اہلِ علم نے ان کی طرف منسوب بعض خواب ناموں کے بارے میں احتیاط اختیار کی ہے۔

محمد بن سیرین کی ولادت ابتدائی اسلامی دور میں بصرہ میں ہوئی، جسے عموماً ۳۳ھ / ۶۵۳–۶۵۴ء کے قریب بیان کیا جاتا ہے۔ ان کے والد سیرین کو حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے وابستہ آزاد کردہ شخص کے طور پر یاد کیا جاتا ہے، جبکہ ان کی والدہ صفیہ کو سوانحی روایات میں حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ کے گھرانے سے وابستہ معزز آزاد کردہ خاتون کہا گیا ہے۔ اس خاندانی پس منظر نے انہیں بصرہ کے علمی، دیندار اور باوقار ماحول سے جوڑ دیا، جو بعد میں حدیث، فقہ، عربی علوم اور عبادت کا بڑا مرکز بنا۔

ابن سیرین کی اصل شہرت دینی احتیاط، مضبوط حافظے، روایت میں دیانت اور اخلاقی سنجیدگی پر قائم ہے۔ حدیث، رجال، طبقات اور آداب کی کتابوں میں انہیں سند، حلال روزی، سچائی اور علم کے بغیر گفتگو سے بچنے کے حوالے سے یاد کیا گیا ہے۔ تعبیرِ خواب کے باب میں ان کا نام بہت معروف ہے، لیکن عوامی ویب سائٹ کے لیے درست انداز یہ ہے کہ ہر بعد کی مطبوعہ کتاب کو بلا تحقیق ان کی تصنیف نہ کہا جائے۔

زیارتی روایت میں ان کی یاد حسن بصری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے ساتھ بصرہ کے قریب ضلع الزبیر کے تاریخی مزار میں محفوظ ہے۔ ورثہ جاتی بیانات کے مطابق یہ مزار دونوں بزرگوں سے منسوب قبور کو اپنے اندر رکھتا ہے، اور اس کی قدیم عمارت کو عباسی دور کے تاریخی نقش کے ساتھ ذکر کیا جاتا ہے۔ بصرہ چونکہ علما، فقہا، قاریوں اور اہلِ زہد کا شہر رہا، اس لیے یہ مشترک زیارتی یاد زائرین کے لیے علم اور ابتدائی تقویٰ کی علامت بن گئی ہے۔

محمد بن سیرین کا انتقال ۱۱۰ھ / ۷۲۸ء میں ہوا، اسی سال جس میں بہت سی روایات کے مطابق حسن بصری بھی وفات پا گئے۔ زائرین کے لیے ان کی میراث اس لیے اہم ہے کہ اس میں حدیث کی خدمت، علمی احتیاط، خاندانی دینداری اور نسبتوں میں احتیاط کا سبق جمع ہے۔ ان کے احترام کا بہترین طریقہ یہ ہے کہ انہیں ان باتوں کے ساتھ یاد کیا جائے جو مضبوط طور پر محفوظ ہیں: بصرہ کا علم، دینی سنجیدگی، امانتِ روایت اور ابتدائی اسلامی نسلوں میں ان کا مقام۔

مدفن محمد بن سیرین رحمۃ اللہ علیہ مزار امام حسن بصری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے اسی تاریخی مجموعے میں واقع ہے۔ مشترک عمارت، قدیم قبرستان اور عباسی دور سے منسوب مخروطی برج دونوں تابعی علماء کی یاد کو ایک ہی زیارتی و معماری جگہ میں جمع کرتے ہیں۔ اس مقام پر ابن سیرین کی فقہی، حدیثی اور اخلاقی میراث کو ان کی قبر کی معروف بصرہ روایت کے ساتھ یاد کیا جاتا ہے۔
