Umm Jafar bint Musa al-Kazim

Umm Ja'far, Peace be upon her, is identified in Kitab al-Irshad as one of the daughters of Imam Musa ibn Ja'far al-Kazim. In the same list she appears after Kulthum and before Lubaba, among a group of daughters described as having been born to umm walad mothers. Her personal name, beyond the kunya Umm Ja'far, is not supplied in that source.

The same basic identification is repeated in I'lam al-Wara, which again lists Umm Ja'far among the daughters of Imam al-Kazim and places the group under unnamed umm walad mothers. This agreement supports the existence of a daughter remembered by this kunya within the Imami family lists.
