معرفی

این مدخل، پرونده اصلی دفن و حرم امام علی بن محمد هادی، درود خدا بر او باد، است؛ دهمین امام اهل بیت در سنت امامی دوازده‌امامی. او در سال ۲۵۴ هجری در سامرا درگذشت و در خانه خود به خاک سپرده شد. پس از او فرزندش امام حسن عسکری، درود خدا بر او باد، در کنار وی دفن شد و خانه به حرم مشهور امامین عسکریین تبدیل گردید. بنابراین این مکان، آرامگاه مرکزی و تاریخی است و مقام نمادین نیست.

امام علی هادی، درود خدا بر او باد، در ناحیه مدینه زاده شد. تاریخ مشهور ولادت سال ۲۱۲ هجری است، هرچند برخی گزارش‌های کهن در سال و روز دقیق اختلاف دارند. پدرش امام محمد جواد، درود خدا بر او باد، و مادرش سمانه مغربیه بود که در منابع شرح‌حال با پارسایی و وقار یاد شده است. پس از وفات پدر در سال ۲۲۰ هجری، او در جوانی مسئولیت دینی جامعه‌ای را بر عهده گرفت که در چندین ولایت عباسی پراکنده بود.

زندگی او آموزش و سازمان‌دهی دقیق را در کنار هم داشت. عبدالعظیم حسنی، ابوهاشم جعفری، ایوب بن نوح، عثمان بن سعید عمری و گروهی از راویان و نمایندگان از اصحاب او شمرده شده‌اند. پرسش‌ها با نامه می‌رسید، وکلای مورد اعتماد دستورها و اموال را منتقل می‌کردند و حلقه‌های دوردست با وجود مراقبت سیاسی به یکدیگر پیوند داشتند. این شبکه جامعه را برای دوره محدودتر امام حسن عسکری، درود خدا بر او باد، آماده ساخت.

متوکل عباسی در میانه سده سوم هجری فرمان انتقال او از مدینه به سامرا را صادر کرد و یحیی بن هرثمه را برای همراهی فرستاد. گزارش‌ها از نگرانی مردم مدینه و احترامی که مأمور در طول راه نسبت به امام یافت سخن می‌گویند. او در سامرا در محله نظامی اقامت داشت و لقب عسکری با این خاندان پیوند خورد. مراقبت حکومت در زمان متوکل و جانشینانش با شدت‌های گوناگون ادامه یافت.

روایتی مشهور از بازرسی شبانه خانه او و بردنش نزد متوکل سخن می‌گوید. در خانه به جای توطئه، عبادت یافتند. هنگامی که خلیفه از او شعر خواست، ابیاتی خواند که به فرمانروایان یادآوری می‌کرد کاخ‌های استوار، نگهبانان و مقام دنیا مانع مرگ و حسابرسی نمی‌شوند. این گزارش در آثار تاریخی و فضائل متأخر حفظ شده و نمونه‌ای از استقلال اخلاقی او به شمار آمده است.

میراث علمی او در پاسخ‌های نقل‌شده درباره عقیده، اخلاق، فقه و اداره جامعه در فشار سیاسی دیده می‌شود. زیارت جامعه کبیره در ادبیات امامی به او پیوندی برجسته دارد و زبان جامعی برای احترام به اهل بیت فراهم می‌کند. نامه‌ها و نظام نمایندگان او نیز نشان می‌دهد که رهبری دینی در زمان محدودیت فعالیت آشکار می‌تواند منظم، مسئولانه و از نظر علمی پربار بماند.

او در رجب سال ۲۵۴ هجری در سامرا درگذشت. منابع کهن و کتاب الارشاد، وفات و دفن او در خانه را ثبت کرده‌اند. سنت امامی وفاتش را شهادت با زهر می‌داند، در حالی که شماری از تاریخ‌های عمومی علت را مشخص نکرده‌اند. بیان بی‌طرف باید واژه شهادت را با احترام حفظ کند و هم‌زمان یادآور شود که جزئیات علت در همه منابع یکسان نیست. حضور فراوان مردم در تشییع و دفن در خانه، اقامتگاه خصوصی را به زیارتگاهی ماندگار تبدیل کرد.

حرم در طول قرن‌ها پیرامون قبرهای امام علی هادی و امام حسن عسکری، درود خدا بر آن دو باد، گسترش یافت. این مجموعه همچنین قبرهای منسوب به نرجس خاتون و حکیمه خاتون، سلام خدا بر آن دو باد، را در خود جای داده است. پشتیبانی، بازسازی و توسعه در دوره‌های مختلف ادامه یافت و حرم به یکی از مهم‌ترین نشانه‌های دینی سامرا و مقصدهای اصلی زیارت در عراق تبدیل شد.

در فوریه ۲۰۰۶ گنبد زرین با انفجار ویران شد و در سال ۲۰۰۷ مناره‌ها هدف قرار گرفتند. این جنایت‌ها به یک بنای بزرگ اسلامی آسیب زد و خشونت عراق را شدت بخشید. نهادهای عراقی، مردم محلی، رهبران دینی، مهندسان و پشتیبانی بین‌المللی در بازسازی شرکت کردند. گنبد زرین بازسازی‌شده در سال ۲۰۱۵ گشوده شد و حرم، در کنار جایگاه کهن عبادی، نماد معاصر بهبود و بازسازی گردید.

برای زائر، این حرم زندگی‌نامه، تاریخ عباسی، معماری، ویرانی و بازسازی را به هم پیوند می‌دهد. زندگی امام هادی، درود خدا بر او باد، صبر بدون انفعال، دانش در فشار، سازمان‌دهی مسئولانه و شجاعت اخلاقی در برابر قدرت سیاسی را می‌آموزد. خود بنا نیز می‌گوید که مکان مقدس ممکن است زخمی شود، اما مراقبت جمعی می‌تواند شکل و نقش آن را در حافظه عمومی بازگرداند.

اهمیت تاریخی / دینی

این حرم از مهم‌ترین مکان‌های اهل بیت در عراق است، زیرا خانه و قبرهای امام دهم و یازدهم را حفظ می‌کند. این مکان نشان می‌دهد که سامرا، که پایتخت نظامی و سلطنتی عباسیان بود، چگونه به شهری بزرگ برای زیارت و حافظه خانوادگی نیز تبدیل شد.

از نظر تاریخی، محل رابطه میان اقتدار دینی و حکومت عباسی را ثبت می‌کند. انتقال اجباری امام هادی، درود خدا بر او باد، مراقبت حکومتی، شبکه نامه‌ها و وکلا، تشییع و دفن او در خانه، همگی بخشی از تاریخ سیاسی سامرای سده سوم هجری هستند.

از دید معماری، حرم نتیجه قرن‌ها پشتیبانی، توسعه و بازسازی است. قبرهای دو امام همراه با قبرهای منسوب به نرجس و حکیمه، سلام خدا بر آن دو باد، هسته مقدسی را پدید آوردند که مجموعه و شهر پیرامون آن رشد کرد.

ویرانی‌های سال‌های ۲۰۰۶ و ۲۰۰۷ و بازسازی پس از آن، معنایی ملی و معاصر به حرم بخشید. مرمت آن نماد حفاظت از میراث دینی، پایداری مردم سامرا و امکان بازسازی حافظه عمومی پس از خشونت فرقه‌ای است.
