🌿 वंश और पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि

वह इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम के घराने से जुड़े विश्वसनीय सेवक और साथी थे। ऐतिहासिक रिपोर्ट उनका नाम सुलैमान इब्न रज़ीन और कुनियत अबू रज़ीन सुरक्षित रखती हैं। बाद की जीवनी परंपरा उनकी माता का नाम कब्शा बताती है और इसमें मतभेद है कि अबू रज़ीन स्वयं सुलैमान की कुनियत थी या उनके पिता की; इसलिए पारिवारिक विवरण सावधानी से रखा गया है। पत्नी, संतान और जन्म-तारीख़ का भरोसेमंद विवरण सुरक्षित नहीं है।

⚔️ कर्बला आंदोलन में भूमिका

सुलैमान इब्न रज़ीन रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम के घराने से जुड़े विश्वसनीय सेवक और साथी थे। उनकी मुख्य ऐतिहासिक पहचान करबला के युद्ध में लड़ने से नहीं, बल्कि बसरा की महत्वपूर्ण कूटनीतिक यात्रा से स्थापित होती है। ६० हिजरी में, जब इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम मक्का में थे, उन्होंने बसरा के प्रमुख क़बीलाई और राजनीतिक लोगों को एक पत्र भेजा। पत्र में परिस्थितियाँ बताई गईं और उन्हें सत्य तथा न्याय की सहायता के लिए बुलाया गया। इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम ने यह संवेदनशील पत्र सुलैमान को सौंपा। बसरा उबैदुल्लाह इब्न ज़ियाद की कठोर निगरानी में था, इसलिए गिरफ़्तारी, पूछताछ और मृत्यु इस दायित्व के वास्तविक ख़तरे थे। ऐतिहासिक रिपोर्टों में मालिक इब्न मुसम्मा, अल-अहनफ़ इब्न क़ैस, अल-मुंज़िर इब्न अल-जारूद, मसऊद इब्न अम्र, क़ैस इब्न अल-हैसम और अम्र इब्न उबैदुल्लाह इब्न मुअम्मर जैसे प्राप्तकर्ताओं का नाम आता है। सुलैमान ने संदेश ईमानदारी से पहुँचाया। अल-मुंज़िर इब्न अल-जारूद को डर हुआ कि पत्र शासन की ओर से परीक्षा हो सकता है। उसने सुलैमान और पत्र को उबैदुल्लाह इब्न ज़ियाद के हवाले कर दिया। उबैदुल्लाह इब्न ज़ियाद ने सुलैमान को मारने का आदेश दिया। एक रिपोर्ट में सिर काटने और बाद की रिवायत में फाँसी देने का उल्लेख है। अधिक निश्चित तथ्य यह है कि उनकी शहादत बसरा में, इमाम हुसैन के इराक़ पहुँचने और आशूरा से पहले हुई। उनकी जीवनी दिखाती है कि करबला आंदोलन केवल युद्धभूमि तक सीमित नहीं था। पत्र ले जाने और शहरों के बीच संपर्क बनाने वाले लोग भी इस संघर्ष के मूल सहभागी थे और कुछ ने क़ाफ़िले के करबला पहुँचने से पहले जान दी। प्रारंभिक राजनीतिक विवरण उनकी आयु, पत्नी, संतान, अंतिम शब्द और दफ़्न स्थान सुरक्षित नहीं रखते। बाद की जीवनी परंपरा उनकी माता का नाम कब्शा बताती है और अबू रज़ीन की निस्बत में मतभेद रखती है; इसलिए यह पारिवारिक जानकारी सावधानी के साथ शामिल की गई है। उनकी मज़बूत ऐतिहासिक पहचान इमाम हुसैन के विश्वसनीय सेवक, बसरा के दूत और दायित्व निभाते हुए मारे गए व्यक्ति की है। यह प्रोफ़ाइल संगठनात्मक रूप से करबला आंदोलन की साझा सूची में है, लेकिन सुलैमान की शहादत बसरा में हुई। करबला में उनकी अलग क़ब्र, स्वतंत्र मज़ार या अलग नक़्शा-बिंदु सिद्ध नहीं होता।

Al-Tabari's transmitted account preserves Imam Husayn's Basra letter, its recipients, al-Mundhir ibn al-Jarud's surrender of the envoy and Ibn Ziyad's execution order. Later reports differ between beheading and hanging. The name is transmitted as Sulayman ibn Razin and also with the kunya Abu Razin; later biographical tradition identifies his mother as Kabsha and differs over whether Abu Razin was his own kunya or his father's. The core mission and pre-Ashura death in Basra are firm; the family details remain later-source material. No separate Karbala grave is asserted.
