🌿 वंश और पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि

The early Tasmiyat list separately names Salim as the mawla of Amir ibn Muslim among the Abd al-Qays martyrs. Al-Tabari’s early Basran narrative securely concerns Yazid ibn Thubayt and his two sons; later biographical and maqtal works connect Amir and Salim with the same departure and joining near Makkah. The mawla relationship is not treated as blood descent. Salim is kept distinct from Salim ibn Amr al-Kalbi and from Salim, mawla of Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad.
