Tasmiyat names Abu al-Hutuf and his brother Sa'd ibn al-Harith among the Ansar, describes them as associated with the Muhakkima, and reports that after hearing the women and children of Ahl al-Bayt they changed sides, fought with swords and were killed after jointly striking three opponents. This is the only early independent attestation located; the later works cited for the profile largely depend on the same report. The single early witness is meaningful but does not justify converting the profile into multiply corroborated core evidence. Later al-Ajlani, Khazraji, personal-name and speech details remain cautious. Age, killer and separate individual combat totals are not established. The shared-parent location does not establish a separate grave.
