🌿 वंश और पारिवारिक पृष्ठभूमि

वे हज़रत अम्र इब्न ख़ालिद अल-सैदावी रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु के मौला और साथी थे। बाद की परंपरा उन्हें सअद इब्न अब्दुल्लाह और कुछ ज़ियारत-पाठ सईद, अम्र के मौला, कहते हैं।

⚔️ कर्बला आंदोलन में भूमिका

हज़रत अम्र इब्न ख़ालिद के मौला और निष्ठावान साथी, जो उनके साथ कूफ़ा से निकले, इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम से मिले और आशूरा में तीन साथियों के साथ शहीद हुए।

हज़रत सअद रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु की पहचान आरंभिक रिवायत में हज़रत अम्र इब्न ख़ालिद अल-सैदावी रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु के मौला और निष्ठावान साथी के रूप में होती है। बाद का जीवनी-साहित्य उन्हें सअद इब्न अब्दुल्लाह कहता है, जबकि कुछ ज़ियारत-पाठों में नाम सईद मिलता है। इन अलग नाम-रूपों के बावजूद अम्र से उनका संबंध, यात्रा और शहादत एक स्पष्ट ऐतिहासिक व्यक्ति की पहचान कराते हैं। मौला शब्द उनके सामाजिक संबंध को बताता है, किंतु आरंभिक घटना उन्हें केवल आश्रित पात्र के रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं करती। सअद ने व्यक्तिगत इरादे और नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व के साथ प्रत्येक चरण में भाग लिया: कूफ़ा छोड़ना, जोखिम भरा मार्ग अपनाना, इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम तक पहुँचना और युद्ध में दृढ़ रहना। हज़रत मुस्लिम इब्न अक़ील अलैहिस्सलाम के आंदोलन को दबाए जाने और उबैदुल्लाह इब्न ज़ियाद की निगरानी कड़ी होने के बाद सअद, अम्र इब्न ख़ालिद, हज़रत मुजम्मअ इब्न अब्दुल्लाह अल-आइज़ी और एक सलमानी साथी रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हुम के साथ कूफ़ा से निकले। अल-तिरिम्माह इब्न अदी ने उन्हें अप्रत्यक्ष मार्ग से दिशा दी और यह दल हज़रत नाफ़े इब्न हिलाल रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु का घोड़ा भी साथ लाया। वे उज़ैब अल-हिजानात के पास इमाम हुसैन अलैहिस्सलाम के काफ़िले तक पहुँचे। हुर्र इब्न यज़ीद के दस्ते ने उन्हें रोकने या वापस भेजने का प्रयास किया, पर इमाम हुसैन ने उन्हें अपने समर्थक और साथी घोषित किया तथा उनकी रक्षा करने का संकल्प बताया। इस प्रकार हुसैनी काफ़िले में सअद का प्रवेश पूरे ख़तरे को स्वीकार करके किया गया स्पष्ट चुनाव बनकर सुरक्षित है। आशूरा में सअद ने अम्र इब्न ख़ालिद, जाबिर इब्न अल-हारिस अल-सलमानी और मुजम्मअ रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हुम के साथ आक्रमण किया। चारों शत्रु की पंक्तियों में आगे बढ़े, घेर लिए गए और इमाम की पंक्ति से काट दिए गए। उनका संयुक्त कार्य पारस्परिक विश्वास, व्यावहारिक समन्वय और अंतिम चरण तक निभाई गई संगति को दर्शाता है। हज़रत अब्बास इब्न अली अलैहिस्सलाम आगे बढ़े, घेरा तोड़ा और चारों को बाहर निकाला। घायल होने के बाद भी शत्रु के दोबारा निकट आने पर उन्होंने एक साथ तलवारें उठाईं और उसी स्थान या लगातार चलने वाले युद्ध-चरण में शहीद हो गए। सअद की कथा इसी मज़बूत सामूहिक क्रम में सुरक्षित है: कूफ़ा से प्रस्थान, इमाम की सुरक्षा, संयुक्त युद्ध, हज़रत अब्बास की सहायता और सामूहिक शहादत। यह परिचय कर्बला के शहीदों के सामूहिक स्थान से जुड़ा है। हज़रत सअद रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु का जीवन सेवा या वला के सामाजिक संबंध के भीतर पूर्ण मानवीय गरिमा और स्वतंत्र नैतिक इच्छा का उदाहरण है, जो यात्रा से शहादत तक बनी निष्ठा में प्रकट हुई।

The early Abu Mikhnaf report identifies Sa'd as the mawla of Amr ibn Khalid and places him in the arrival at Udhayb al-Hijanat and the four-man combat, al-Abbas's intervention, and joint martyrdom. The English title 'attendant' was replaced by the historically broader term mawla, which may indicate clientage, manumission, or alliance and does not diminish Sa'd's independent moral agency. Later sources give Sa'd ibn Abdullah, while ziyara transmissions also read Sa'id, mawla of Amr; the Sa'id form was aligned across all five alternative-name fields. These are graded as variants of one coherent companion, not separate biographies. The Tabari battle-page note was corrected from 445 to 446.
